What To Expect On The First Day Of Rehab

On behalf of the staff of Singer Island Health – welcome! We are excited to partner with you as you begin your recovery journey. We know that arriving for treatment can be overwhelming and stressful, and we strive to make you feel welcomed and provide a streamlined intake to begin your treatment.

When You Arrive

If you’d like us to share any information regarding your treatment with your family members, a therapist, or other supports, you’ll be asked to sign a release of information (ROI) for each person. Because your treatment is confidential and protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), we can only share information with your approval. You also have the right to limit the information shared, decline information sharing, and revoke your authorization at any time.
